We currently offer three shipping options within Canada.

Western Canada: BC, AB, SK, MB
Canada Post Regular:
2-4 business days: $10 (under $300) / $15 (over $300)

Priority Courier:
Within 1 business day: $25 (under $300) / $50 (over $300)

Eastern Canada:
Canada Post Regular:
2-4 business days: $15 (under $300) / $25 (over $300)

Priority Courier:
Within 1 business day: $40 (under $300) / $60 (over $300)

We’re sorry, but we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. If you’re in the Edmonton area and would like to pick up your item, feel free at either of our My Filosophy locations in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada: 10744-82nd Avenue or 9674-142 Street. For faster service please call 780.432.8001 beforehand.

Shipping Outside of Canada
Presently, My Filosophy.com does not ship outside of Canada. If you require shipping outside of Canada, please contact My Filosophy at 780.432.8001.

Track packages
Your tracking number will be sent to you via your confirmation e-mail sent to you after your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.canadapost.com to check the status of your order online. Please note: It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the Canada Post web site. If your order appears late, remember:

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
  • Overnight orders placed after 12 noon EST are processed the following day.
  • Overnight delivery only occurs on business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).


  • Order Status
    You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

  • The first e-mail confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
  • The second confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours following authorization of your credit card and verification of your information.

    At My Filosophy we want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from myfilosophy.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving your online order for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

    The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached, in its original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. See Return Instructions for more information.



    Credit
    You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.



    Damaged Goods or Shipping Error
    At myfilosophy.com, we are committed to delivering high quality products to our customers. We employ several quality checks before it leaves our warehouse. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact one of our My Filosophy representatives. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a credit (if necessary).     Return Instructions
    The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:

  • Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Enclose one copy of the packing list with the item. Be sure to keep one copy of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  • All products must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached, in its original packaging (whenever possible), with all paperwork, and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  • For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured Parcel Post (Canada Post) for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship items to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

    Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to My Filosophy. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.     Who pays for return shipping?
    For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. However, if we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong merchandise, or if you received damaged merchandise, please notify a My Filosophy representative upon receipt of the goods within 24 hours. We will reimburse you for the cost of your shipping and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

  • Canceling My Order
    After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact a My Filosophy representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.





    PAYMENT

    Payment is through Paypal.

    Myfilosophy.com is required by Federal law to charge GST of 5% on all orders.
