Retail Store Manager

My Filosophy is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager who is motivated, sales driven, and has a desire for fashion. Responsibilities and Duties

Duties

  • First and foremost, working on the sales floor assisting customers by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve or over exceed sales goals. Pulling and analyzing reports for inventory, sales, and relaying information to staff.
  • Responsible for sales, financial performance, staff supervision, and daily operations.
  • Working on floor layouts of how merchandise is to be displayed
  • Ongoing maintenance and presentation of visual mannequins, and displays.
  • Work on all social media for the store
  • Work alongside website manager to give seamless online customer service.
  • Work on displays throughout the store and window displays. Make sure merchandise is displayed appropriately for selling.
  • Work on all events that My Filosophy is working on (designer trunk shows, fashion shows, customer appreciation events, etc).
  • Make sure that we have the appropriate Visual Graphics for in-store signage and for all events
  • Multitasking is a large part of the position and prioritizing and managing activities is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

Job Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of retail/sales Management experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to establish and develop relationships.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic individual who is motivated by strong performance.
  • Self directed, self motivated, and results oriented with a well established track record.
  • Ability to work independently and as a manager to achieve aggressive sales revenue objectives.
  • Directly responsible for planning, organization, and performance of the sales force.

  • Reporting of E-Commerce and shipping.
  • Product entry and overall merchandising of website.
  • Work on all customer service and e-commerce related functions to manage online promotions, marketing plans, blogs, and our online newsletter.
  • Follow up with online customers and promotions for online newsletter
  • Ongoing maintenance and presentation of visual mannequins, and displays.
